Seixas swimming pools
The most famous pools there are the Piscinas do Seixas, 500 meters away from the easternmost point of the Americas. To get to the immense coral reef, which are visible when the tide is low, it is necessary to use a catamaran service – get ready for a very lively trip, with bar service, sound and tour guide. From boarding to the place of arrival it takes only 10 minutes.
Red sand
Another unmissable tour is to Areia Vermelha Island. The boats depart from Camboinha beach, in the municipality of Cabedelo, neighboring João Pessoa. When the tide is low, a bank of reddish sand is formed, surrounded by natural pools. Floating bars cater to tourists on site and the tip is to try the delicious crab in coconut sauce.
Bessa beach
Praia do Bessa is among the largest beaches in João Pessoa, it is great for walking and practicing sports such as the popular racquetball. Bessa is a flat and long beach, 6 km long.

Cabo Branco is the most central beach in the city, right in the middle of João Pessoa. It is where the waterfront is full of bars and restaurants, there is a boardwalk for walking. For those who like to bike, there is a bike path around the sea, too beautiful! In Cabo Branco, most of the city's meetings, concerts and artistic and cultural presentations take place. Of all the beaches, this is the one that has the widest range of bars and restaurants, ideal for enjoying the end of the day. This beach is the favorite end of the afternoon for residents of João Pessoa.

Praia de Tambaú belongs to the neighborhood of the same name and is recognized as one of the best beaches in João Pessoa. In this region are concentrated most of the hotels and several bars and restaurants; therefore, the neighborhood is always busy, whether during the day or at night.

Praia Fluvial do Jacaré, in the municipality of Cabedelo (neighbouring João Pessoa), is responsible for a great open-air show: the sunset to the sound of Jurandy do Sax. Every afternoon, at sunset, the beach and its bars are full of tourists and locals to watch the sunset to the sound of Ravel's Bolero. Jurandy plays the Bolero every day and performs on a boat that cruises along the Paraíba River - the whole set of the ceremony makes the Jacaré sunset one of the best known in Brazil.
Tambaba
Considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil, Tambaba beach is surrounded by colorful cliffs, volcanic formations and natural pools. It is about 30 km from the capital João Pessoa and is mainly known for the naturist area, being the first beach in Brazil to allow naturism by municipal law.
Convention Center
The Poeta Ronaldo Cunha Lima Convention Center, located in the capital João Pessoa, was designed to be one of the most modern in the country, with all the necessary equipment to carry out large projects. Its structure is composed of 4 main buildings: the Mirante Tower, the Fairs and Exhibitions Pavilion, the Congresses and Conventions Pavilion and the Pedra do Reino Theater.
